Q: When will my orders be shipped?
A: All orders will be shipped the 2nd day after full payment received. Working time: Monday-Friday, 8.00-18.00 ( Time in Beijing China ), all orders will not be handled during Chinese public holidays.
Q: Can I cancel my order if I change my mind?
A: If the order not ship out, we'd be happy to help you cancel order and fully refund. If the order already ship, we're sorry you cannot cancel.
Q: How long does it take to receive the order?
A: For standard ePacket shipment,estimated ETA will be
USA/Canada: 11-35 business days
Australia/New Zealand: 11-25 business days
Asia: 11-25 business days
Europe: 11-35 business days
Q: Can you ship by expedite carrier?
A: Yes, additional fees apply, expedite shipment: Fedex/DHL/UPS/TNT, ETA about 7 business days. Please contact us before order.
P.S.: PO box address is not available for expedite shipping.
Q: If the parcel lost or returned, will you refund?
A: Yes, we will.
